The very nature of a car tour means large groups are split up into multiple vehicles. But at the end of the day, everyone needs to stay together and be checked into a hotel at once. Fast Lane was having a hard time keeping groups together and tracking the needs and requirements of their guests. Fast Lane had a database, but it was old and not detailed enough to track all of the information they needed to know about their clients to help them have a great vacation.

We upgraded their database and added sections where they could specify what each guest wanted from their tour. The user interface is clean and modern, so tour guides can easily find what they need.
